Co to jest KSeF?
KSeF to centralny państwowy system do wystawiania, odbierania i przechowywania faktur ustrukturyzowanych w formacie XML. Zamiast papierowych lub tradycyjnych e-faktur – od określonej daty faktury będą musiały być wysyłane i archiwizowane przez KSeF, co ma uprościć VAT-ową administrację i uczynić rozliczenia bardziej przejrzystymi.
Zgodnie z ustawą – od 1 lutego 2026 r. największe firmy VAT (o obrotach powyżej określonego progu) będą obowiązane wystawiać e-faktury przez KSeF. Dla pozostałych przedsiębiorców termin jest zaplanowany na 1 kwietnia 2026 r.
W praktyce oznacza to, że niemal każda firma – w tym obiekty hotelarsko-gastronomiczne – powinna wdrożyć system obsługujący KSeF, aby być zgodna z prawem.
Dlaczego to ważne dla hotelu i restauracji
- Bezpieczeństwo i archiwizacja – faktury w KSeF mają unikalny numer i przechowywane są centralnie – znika problem z gubieniem dokumentów, ręcznym magazynowaniem i papierową biurokracją.
- Przejrzystość rozliczeń – zarówno sprzedaż usług hotelowych, gastronomicznych, jak i dostaw lub zakupów surowców można fakturować w zunifikowany sposób. To ważne przy audytach, kontroli VAT czy współpracy z partnerami B2B.
